I came across another decor pic tonight with yellow and then this cool mirror - the mirror makes the room!!  I love this space!

I ordered my cap & gown today for graduation!! YAY!  Luckily I didn't have to go to Oxford to do it - I was able to do it by phone. I had to give them my chest measurement and I couldn't decide if I wanted to give them the real measurement or 1 or 2 sizes smaller since the gown basically looks like a moo moo (however you spell that . . . ) So I went one size down then what I really am - I figured that was a good, in between size. Those gowns are not the most flattering, not to mention the hats. There's no point in spending a long time on you hair when you have to wear one of those . . . . . ya know? But, the cap and gown is not what it's all about, I'm just glad I am SO close to being done!! Although I do have to take a couple classes over the summer, I am still so excited to be so close.  I have been in school for 7 years!!!! When I think of the kind of degree I COULD have after 7 years it makes me sick, but oh well. I could practically be a Dr. by now, or a lawyer, ha ha. But I changed my major 3 times (yes, yes . . . I know) and then sat out a few years ago to help take care of my brother after he had an accident and had surgery - I did that so my Mom would not have to quit her job. So although I think so many times how different things would be if I had finished in 4 years like a normal person, I think that in some weird way I have grown more and learned more by being in school this long. I have hated it, but I think it has made me who I am and given me a lot more experience and knowledge.

I better get to bed now! I am off work tomorrow, so I am glad about that! But - I have to go to the eye Dr. for my yearly check-up. I am really going just so I can get some more contacts. I hate it when they have to blow that thing in your eye. It always makes me jump!! I don't like it!  Mike has had an interesting week so far - he had to go downtown (Memphis for those of you who don't know where we live) to the court house Monday for jury duty - and let me tell you, in Memphis - that is not fun at all!! He was hoping he would get dismissed and be done, but he was picked to be on a jury for an attempted murder case. Interesting! So he is missing work until the case is over.

That's all for now, better go get my jamies on and crawl in the bed.
Sweet Dreams

Oh I can't tell you how much I love that you are blogging so much! It's so much fun! I love hearing the stories! Im so proud of you for all you do with school. You have been through a lot in the past few years, and even with Casey's injury and your Uncle living here and ya'll helping take care of him.. and a wedding... you have just done so well. (Not to mention you worked full time the whole time you were in school). That just says a lot about you. I can't wait for your graduation. If it makes you feel any better, it's me that will be in a moo moo (HAHA)... big mama will be in her 9th month!
Seriously, thanks for all you do and for your sense of style that you are bringing to the blogger world! You are so creative and for sure need to be sharing this with everyone!!! ;) Love you BESTY!!!
