Sweet Tooth Saver

For those of you who don't know . . . I have a major sweet tooth! I love sweets, but they don't love me! ha ha! It doesn't have to be something bad necessarily (although I am a chocoholic) but it can be fruit or something as simple as a granola bar.

I have been watching what I eat and it's been fine except for the fact I have a sweet tooth. For almost 2 years now I have been enjoying a low carb yogurt called Carb Masters from Kroger! It saves me!! I sometimes have it for breakfast and then may have one at night for a lil something sweet.

It not only takes care of my sweet craving, but the breakdown as far as calories, carbs AND protein is great! It's the only yogurt I eat these days! I like other yogurts, but with this one only has 60 calories, and now I have a hard time bringing myself to eat another yogurt that has 120 - 180 calories. If I'm going to have that many calories I'd rather eat a cookie than a yogurt! ha!
So if you have a Kroger where you live, check it out! They have several flavors that are quite tasty!! Tonight I had one called "Carrot Cake." When I first saw it I wasn't so sure about it, but it's good. I mean of course I'd rather have a big fat piece of REAL carrot cake - but this will have to do.

I am excited it's Friday!! And that I do not have to work this weekend!! Hooray!!! That rarely happens! So I am looking forward to it!!

Happy Friday to all of you!!

A low fat yogurt almost always cures my sweet tooth after dinner! I usually eat Yoplait's Red Velvet Cake, yum! I'll have to try this kinds though!

I LOVE Carb Master yogurt. I found it through a friend who is a big time exercise guru and got hooked. I love the 44-cent price and all the great flavors!

I'm going to have to see if I can find this locally. I love yogurt, so having it for a treat would work for me. Have fun this weekend!
