Joyful About New Jewels {& my homemade chip report}

I have some new jewelry that I thought I would share. But first, let me tell you how my low cal chips turned out (see the previous post.) They turned out pretty good, although I could have gotten them a bit thinner. That was a little hard. Maybe I need a better knife next time I make my own potato chips.
Once they were finished, I made a little creation including the chips and some light sour cream. It was super yummy and I thought this would be a fun and yummy thing to do for a party. I just used light sour cream because that's what I had, but for a party you could use onion dip or some other kind of dip to go in between the chips.

My Creation:
What I loved about this is you can stack them and then when you pick each one up, it already has the dip on it, so that's why I think this would work great for a party!

Now, on to the jewelry. I got a couple new pairs of earrings and a new necklace Thursday and thought I would share. They are not only so adorable, but each was such a great deal.

I am loving this necklace and can't wait to wear it. It was a whopping $7.99!! I love the silver earrings too! I have other silver earrings of course, but lately I have been feeling like I needed some kind of basic silver earring that I could wear with everything. The next earrings are kind of hard to tell what color they are in this picture, but they have some pink in them. I am not a huge pink person, but I liked these a lot and thought I could wear them a bunch this summer, plus they were ONLY $2.99 !! I found these 3 things at Burlington Coat Factory in case you were wondering. They usually have pretty cute jewelry for really great prices!

This last necklace is SO cool and I really can't wait to wear it! It is definitely funky but I think it would look so great over something as simple as a solid tank top or to jazz up a black dress. I got it while I was visiting my parents in TX over my birthday last month.

And you will never guess how much I found this necklace for??? $6! AWESOME find!! I would have paid more for it, but there was no question if I was getting it at this fabulous price!
