So this morning I woke up and had to pee really bad (I drank too much diet coke yesterday.) I stumbled in our bathroom and when I went to reach for the TP, there was nothing but a little scrappy piece, not enough! I have had this happen numerous times and while I know Mike does not intentionally do this, it is very frustrating to say the least! I know that he was in a hurry to get out the door and on to work this morning - but I keep telling him that if he went into the bathroom and found that there was no TP when he needed it over and over again, I'm sure he would find it very frustrating too. So as usual I found myself quite annoyed! That is one of the most annoying things - even when it is in a public bathroom at the mall or in a restaurant and you reach for TP and there is none, OH LORDY! I have told employees that they need to stock TP in their bathrooms, ha ha!
So tonight I was determined to fix the problem. For one, I am tired of finding myself in this situation and having no toilet paper, and two - I don't like feeling so annoyed with my husband that I could just ring his neck! I don't want to be annoyed with him for something I know he isn't doing on purpose, but just doesn't think about. So I looked around trying to think of what I could put some TP in . I have looked at the TP holders and things when I have been in Target and all, but had never found one that I liked enough to buy. So what I found had actually been in our master bathroom all along. It was a floor candle holder. I set it by the toilet, dropped a couple rolls in it and VOILA! Now may there be no more toilet paper turmoil or tantrums in the Nabors house! I'm sure Mike will be quite thankful for this! ;)

creative idea! goes perfect with your bathroom.
Super cute! I might just have to steal that idea... I have the very same problem. Isn't living with boys the greatest? Haha. Does yours drop his dirty clothes on the floor 2 feet from the laundry basket too? :)
Love this idea- I'm so doing this in my guest bathroom!
Have a lovely weekend!
